Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and construction teams, to coordinate and integrate BIM models.
  • Lead the creation of BIM execution plans and project-specific BIM standards to guide project workflows.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolution within BIM models to identify and mitigate design conflicts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

  • Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on BIM implementation.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in relevant BIM software, such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar.
