Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D and 2D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, compliance teams, and construction professionals to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements
- Use BIM models for buildability reviews, constructability analysis, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation support
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across multiple BIM models, including coordination with advanced BIM tools and plug-ins
- Prepare architectural and civil or structural shop drawings based on design intent and as-built documentation
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and submission standards
- Implement drawing revisions and updates in coordination with project teams
- Support BIM documentation, record-keeping, and submission processes
- Assist the Project Manager in achieving timely and successful project delivery

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related discipline
- Three to five years of relevant experience, preferably on healthcare or laboratory building projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM-based workflows
- Proficient in AutoCAD for architectural documentation
- Proven ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and accountability
- Solid experience in BIM modeling, coordination, documentation, and shop drawing production
- Good understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in architectural projects
