BIM Architectural Designer Union Properties (P.J.S.C)

• Develop and manage BIM models for residential concrete high-rise towers using Revit 360.
• Create and enhance Level of Details (LOD) from 300 to 350 and 400, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution independently, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful integration of BIM processes into project workflows.
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with design and construction objectives.
• Implement and adhere to BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM tools and workflows.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
• Utilize BIM to enhance project visualization, cost estimation, and construction planning.

Job Summary:
Tetra Edge Contracting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the design and execution of residential concrete high-rise towers, ensuring precision, efficiency, and innovation in all aspects of Building Information Modelling (BIM). This position requires a strong background in Revit 360, expertise in developing Level of Details (LOD) from 300 to 350 and 400, and the ability to independently identify and resolve clashes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM modeling and Revit 360.
• Proven expertise in developing LOD 350, and 400.
• Strong knowledge of residential concrete high-rise towers.
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify and resolve clashes.
• Track record of working with Class A contractors or consultants.
• Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, and other clash detection tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Certification in BIM/Revit is highly desirable.
