We are hiring experienced professionals for UAE-based building and industrial projects.

Open Positions:

• 1 Sr. BIM Architectural Manager
• 2 BIM Executives

Sr. BIM Architectural Manager

Experience:

15+ Years
(Minimum 3+ Years experience in UAE projects or working on UAE-based projects)

Role Summary:

Lead architectural BIM teams for building and industrial projects; manage UAE-compliant BIM documentation, coordination, quality control, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural BIM modeling & coordination
• Prepare and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
• Coordinate with MEP & Structural teams
• Conduct QA/QC of BIM outputs
• Ensure UAE standards and authority compliance
• Train and mentor BIM teams
• Manage project documentation and deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture
• Strong experience in Revit (Architecture), Navisworks & AutoCAD
• UAE standards knowledge
• Strong leadership and quality control skills
• Experience in UAE projects preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISO 19650 knowledge
• Experience with BIM 360 / ACC
• Knowledge of visualization tools (Enscape, Lumion)
• BIM Certifications preferred

BIM Executive (2 Positions)

Experience:

3+ Years
(Experience in UAE projects or UAE-based projects preferred)

Role Summary:

Support BIM modeling, coordination, and documentation for architectural projects as per UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BIM models using Revit
• Coordinate with Architectural, MEP & Structural teams
• Maintain BIM documentation and project standards
• Support clash detection and model coordination
• Assist in project deliverables and updates

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor s Degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD
• Good understanding of BIM workflows
• Experience in UAE projects preferred
• Strong coordination and communication skills
