Role Summary
Parsons Corporation is seeking a BIM Coordinator specializing in Civil 3D for infrastructure projects in Dubai. What You ll Do

* Coordinate BIM workflows for infrastructure projects, focusing on roads, grading, utilities, and drainage
* Develop and manage Civil 3D models, including corridors, surfaces, pipe networks, and custom subassemblies
* Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned with ISO 19650 and client standards
* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure model integration across disciplines
* Conduct clash detection with Navisworks and resolve design issues in early project stages
* Ensure models are geospatially aligned with correct coordinate systems and infrastructure standards
* Perform QA checks, audits, and continuous updates of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
* Support preparation of MIDP and TIDP deliverables for project task teams
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior BIM staff as required

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years BIM coordination experience in infrastructure projects with strong Civil 3D expertise
* Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, and BIM coordination workflows
* Strong knowledge of roads, utilities, grading, and drainage design workflows
* Experience with ISO 19650-compliant processes and CDE platforms like ProjectWise or Autodesk Construction Cloud
* Familiarity with LOD requirements and multidisciplinary design integration
* Desired: BIM certifications (Autodesk Certified Professional, ISO 19650), experience with InfraWorks, Revit, Dynamo, or scripting tools
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
