Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate BIM models across Architectural Structural and MEP disciplines
  • Manage and maintain BIM models as per project standards and BIM Execution Plan
  • Perform clash detection and issue coordination reports
  • Coordinate with design consultants engineers and project teams
  • Review and validate BIM models shop drawings and IFC drawings
  • Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and timelines
  • Support project teams during construction and installation stages
  • Maintain model updates revisions and documentation
  • Assist in BIM-based quantity take offs and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with company and client BIM standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • strong knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination processes
  • Proficiency in Revit Navisworks autocade BIM 360
  • Understanding of construction and interior fit-out practices
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work under project deadlines
