BIM Coordinator - MEP Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC., Riyadh

Develop, manage, and coordinate MEP BIM models in accordance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

Coordinate MEP models with architectural, structural, and civil disciplines

Perform clash detection and model coordination using BIM tools

Resolve design conflicts and constructability issues in collaboration with consultants and contractors

Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and timely updates

Support MEP design teams in producing coordinated construction drawings and shop drawings

Assist in preparing model-based schedules, quantities, and layouts

Support construction and site teams with BIM-based solutions and coordination

Update models to reflect design changes and as-built conditions

Conduct regular BIM model audits and quality checks

Implement BIM best practices and maintain discipline-specific BIM standards

Act as the main BIM coordination point for MEP disciplines

Participate in coordination meetings and technical workshops

Communicate BIM issues, solutions, and progress to stakeholders

Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for BIM model integration

Use BIM software such as Revit (MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools

Support use of Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud

Assist in BIM training and mentoring of junior BIM staff
