Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows specifically tailored for complex infrastructure projects (e.g., transportation,)
Lead the development and implementation of the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring alignment with client and project objectives.
Manage and coordinate federated BIM models, resolving clashes and ensuring data integrity across disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, etc.).
Oversee the creation and delivery of BIM deliverables, including 3D models, 4D simulations (scheduling), and 5D cost integration.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, BIM Manager certifications, or Autodesk Certified Professional.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in BIM, with a significant focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in managing BIM processes for transportation, utilities, or water/wastewater infrastructure.
