Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows specifically tailored for complex infrastructure projects (e.g., transportation,)

  • Lead the development and implementation of the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring alignment with client and project objectives.

  • Manage and coordinate federated BIM models, resolving clashes and ensuring data integrity across disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, etc.).

  • Oversee the creation and delivery of BIM deliverables, including 3D models, 4D simulations (scheduling), and 5D cost integration.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, BIM Manager certifications, or Autodesk Certified Professional.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in BIM, with a significant focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record in managing BIM processes for transportation, utilities, or water/wastewater infrastructure.
