Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The BIM Project Delivery Manager is a senior, mission-critical role responsible for the successful execution and governance of Building Information Modeling (BIM)strategies in the projects. This manager acts as the technical leader within the project team, ensuring consistent integration, coordination, and information management of 3D models from design through construction & As-built Handover. The primary focus is on driving efficient project outcomes, upholding strict quality standards, and ensuring all BIM deliverables and workflows are in absolute compliance with international standards, particularly BIM ISO 19650 & Project Requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Develop and implement the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with ISO 19650 standards.
  • Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) using BIM 360 / ACC to control information flow and access.
  • Lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings and perform clash detection using Navisworks.
  • Ensure model accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide BIM training and support to project teams to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on BIM performance and project progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 12–15 years of experience in large-scale construction projects with a strong BIM management background.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 / ACC, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM ISO 19650 standards.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
