BIM Modeler - MEP Trojan Construction Group – SP LLC

The BIM Modeler at Trojan Construction Group is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines in compliance with company standards and ISO 19650. The role supports design coordination by producing high-quality Revit models, assisting in clash detection using Navisworks, generating coordinated 2D drawings, and managing model revisions through BIM 360. The BIM Modeler works closely with BIM Coordinators, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design conflicts, ensure model accuracy, and meet project deadlines. The position requires strong technical skills in Revit and AutoCAD, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple revisions under time pressure, while contributing to reduced rework, improved coordination, digital transformation, and overall project efficiency through accurate modeling, timely submissions, and compliance with approved BIM execution plans and project requirements.
