Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models of interior design concepts and layouts during the design phase.
- Create and refine design elements, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior details.
- Translate design intent accurately into BIM models in coordination with the design team.
- Model interior elements such as walls, furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials with precision.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure seamless integration across disciplines.
- Resolve design conflicts by providing BIM-driven solutions during the design stage.
- Generate and maintain accurate drawings, schedules, and technical documentation from BIM models.
- Support client presentations and design reviews with visualizations and model updates.
- Ensure adherence to project standards, specifications, and best practices in BIM workflows.
- Maintain structured and organized models, reflecting the latest design updates and revisions.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 5 years as a BIM Modeler in ID/Architecture, must have at least 2 years in a UAE based design consultancy.
Strong consultancy background with a focus on the design stage of projects.
Proven expertise in developing BIM models and design drawings for commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality interiors.
Proficiency in Revit (mandatory); knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks.
Strong knowledge of design principles, construction techniques, and spatial planning.
Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and design standards.
Ability to identify design issues early and provide practical BIM-based solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with interdisciplinary teams.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to deliver within project timelines.
