Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify, approach, and engage potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and hands-on demonstrations.

  • Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

  • Provide top-tier customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to spot new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional initiatives and campaigns.

  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical equipment, biomedical engineering, or physiotherapy products.

  • Proven success in selling physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment.

  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector and customer needs.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, or a related field is preferred.
