Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor blowing machines, ensuring optimal performance and product quality throughout the production cycle.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, addressing minor issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct quality control checks, including visual inspections and dimensional measurements, to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Adjust machine settings, such as temperature, pressure, and cycle times, to optimize production and address any deviations.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products, maintaining a steady flow of materials to and from the blowing machines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Record production data, including output, defects, and machine performance, for accurate reporting and analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is a must, demonstrating a basic level of education and comprehension.
- Relevant vocational training or certifications in machine operation or manufacturing processes are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating and maintaining blowing machines, showcasing practical expertise.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a blowing or molding operation, is a plus.
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on blowing machines.
