Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The BMS Engineer is responsible for preparing BMS drawings using AutoCAD and developing BMS system graphics in line with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prepare BMS drawings including schematics, wiring diagrams, and GA drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Develop and configure BMS system graphics for HVAC and associated building services.
  • Review project specifications, control philosophies, and drawings to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with design, site, and commissioning teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
  • Update drawings and graphics based on site conditions, RFIs, and as-built requirements.
  • Support testing and commissioning activities by validating BMS graphics and documentation.
  • Maintain proper documentation control and drawing revisions.
