Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of BMS systems, controllers, field devices, wiring, and protocols.
Supervise and monitor BMS installation activities at site as per approved drawings and project requirements
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other vendors for smooth execution of works.
Ensure proper cable pulling, glanding, termination, panel installation, and field device installation.
Review installation quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Support testing, commissioning, point-to-point checking, and troubleshooting activities.
Identify and resolve site-related installation issues and report progress to project management.
Ensure proper documentation, site reporting, and material coordination for ongoing activities.
Support project handover and closeout activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
ITI or 3-Year Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
5+ years of experience in BMS installation works, including supervisory experience in projects.
