Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Continuously monitor the BMS to control regulate the facility's HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), lighting, fire alarm, public address, security systems. Perform regular, routine checks on all controlled equipment

Required Candidate profile

Generate analyze trend-logs, reports, charts from the BMS to identify performance issues, pinpoint areas for improvement,report findings to management.Assist in performing preventive maintenance tasks
