Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security to ensure optimal performance and comfort.

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS equipment to prevent system failures and downtime.

  • At least 3 years of experience in building management systems or facilities operations is essential.
