Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Expertise in designing end-to-end BMS solutions, ensuring cost-effective outcomes through proper value engineering.
Attend meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors to provide technical clarifications on material submittals and system designs.
Coordinate with manufacturers and local suppliers to obtain technical documents and support for system design.
Work closely with CAD designers to develop shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and system integration drawings in line with project and jurisdictional requirements.
Review technical submittals and verify the accuracy and compliance of engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform random checks and provide technical support in preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for project costing and procurement.
Deliver innovative and customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, presales, and project management, to ensure seamless workflow and effective project execution.
Provide advanced technical advice and support on a wide range of products and systems to both internal teams and clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
