Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve BMS-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime for critical building operations.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS components, including sensors, controllers, and software.
  • Collaborate with HVAC and electrical teams to integrate BMS with other building systems for seamless operation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related field is preferred to ensure a strong technical foundation.
  • Certification in BMS technologies such as Honeywell, Trane, or Johnson Controls is highly desirable for specialized expertise.
  • Experience of at least 3 years in building automation or facilities management is essential for practical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints is crucial for effective troubleshooting.
