Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement services that align with market demands and the strategic vision of the company, ensuring they meet or exceed industry standards.

2. Lead the continuous enhancement of existing services to maintain competitiveness and support business growth

3. Conduct regular benchmarking of services and fees against competitors to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

4. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform the development of new services and the enhancement of existing ones.

5. Ensure the implementation and optimization of technical capabilities that support the delivery of new and existing services.

6. Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate and improve business-enabling technologies.

7. Collaborate with other business units to identify and support cross-departmental initiatives that drive overall business success.

8. Act as a key contributor in cross-functional projects, ensuring that Custody & Fund Services are well-represented and integrated.

9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department by encouraging innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize service quality and customer satisfaction.

1. Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company s standards.

2. Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.

3. Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.

4. Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

5. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.

6. Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.

7. Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image

Desired Candidate Profile

A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Finance, Accounting, Economics is required

A Master s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Finance, Accounting, Economics is preferred

6 + years of experience in Securities Services, Custody Services, Product Development, or a related field.
