Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate Bobcat (Skid Steer Loader) and other related heavy machinery safely and efficiently on site.
- Load, move, and distribute materials such as soil, gravel, sand, or debris as directed.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of the Bobcat, ensuring it’s in good working condition.
- Follow site safety regulations and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Assist in site preparation, leveling, grading, and cleanup activities.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other equipment operators to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of machine usage, fuel consumption, and work completed.
- Adhere to project timelines and support team operations as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating Bobcat or similar heavy equipment.
- Must hold a valid UAE operator license (8 Number License ).
- Good knowledge of construction site safety practices and equipment operation standards.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, efficient work practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
