Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate Bobcat loader and attachments for daily farm tasks
  • Perform land clearing, leveling, trenching, and soil preparation
  • Transport and load/unload farm materials (soil, compost, fertilizers, produce, etc.)
  • Support irrigation works, infrastructure repairs, and farm maintenance
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance
  • Assist farm teams with general duties when required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years’ experience operating Bobcat or similar machinery
  • Valid operating license
  • Experience in agriculture, landscaping, or construction is an advantage
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong sense of safety, responsibility, and teamwork
