Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and order parts as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and workshop teams.
  • Prepare quotations and maintain transaction records.
  • Provide technical support on parts.
  • Ensure cost-effective and quality procurement.
  • Handle billing and documentation accurately.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Use parts catalogues and inventory systems.

Support smooth workshop operations through timely parts availability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes.
  • Proficiency in using parts catalogues and inventory management software.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in parts identification and ordering.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and order processing.
  • Training in automotive parts systems and workshop procedures.
