Take responsibility for the Project BOM, in line with the Generic BOM.

Organize and lead weekly meetings with the SSTL BCI (Body, Interior, Mechatronics, Chassis depending on the project).

Validate the initial BOM of the project.

Coordinate the initial loading of the E BOM into PLM Enovia with the PFDI team.

Supporting BCI teams in the expression and formalization of BOM Change Requests.

Verify the quality, completeness, and consistency of BOM change requests:

• In accordance with the Generic BOM and the project
• Consistency with the existing BOM in Enovia
• Completeness of the information necessary for PLM

7. Validate the requests with the BCI applicants.

8. Prepare and secure release readiness for:

• Sync 3 (Prototype)
• Sync 5 (Series)

Interface and coordination with the PFDI team:
- Centralize, prepare, and forward all BOM requests to the PFDI team.
- Represent the BCI Project Team at the weekly BOM Commission meeting.
- Answer PFDI/PMO questions and resolve any roadblocks.
- Ensure first-attempt approval at the BOM Commission meeting.
- Monitor the implementation of approved requests within the agreed timeframes.
- Inform BCI requesters of the finalization of their requests.
