Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assist in visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and brand image.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections and industry trends.
- Support inventory management, including stock monitoring and reporting.
- Handle transactions accurately and professionally.
Requirements
- 1 3 years experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or jewelry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Professional appearance and high attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory processes.
