Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the boutique operations.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage and motivate the sales team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory and stock control.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback.
- Manage administrative tasks and reports.
- Implement and maintain the Mouawad Discount Policy.
- Manage the AX system.
- Implement the 5S methodology.
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage staff schedules.
- Ensure the store is clean.
- Manage the Client Connection Manager System.
- Manage PCB.
- Manage all customer requests and complaints.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Boutique Manager.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
