Job role of Branch Manager is to direct and supervise the staff to deliver the highest standards of customer service. Lead the day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring the achievement of sales or productivity goals. The Branch Manager is also responsible for the inventory, maintenance, transfers and appearance of the shop.
Duties & Responsibilities
Hire and train qualified candidates for entry-level roles.
Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the branch.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, providing recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate.
Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs.
Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
Manage, control, direct and supervise the direct sales process in coordination with those responsible.
Manage, follow up, direct, control and supervise the daily interest in the goods and implement the offer and selling policies according to the policies adopted by the company
Plan the operation of the branch within the framework of the company's strategies
Analyze sales performance, monitor selling items, missing sizes/ items and collection rotation
Prepare staff schedule based on budgeted hours and/ or visitors' traffic, daily sales targets, events, operational needs
Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate team members to ensure that they have the necessary skill base and required image
conduct daily meetings to keep the staff informed and engaged
Work with the spirit of the team with other administrative units in the company, and provide assistance to them where necessary as required by the public interest.
Propose improvement, remedial and preventive measures that would improve the performance of work in the branch.
Secure the branch's logistics work and preserve its assets from damage and loss.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor s Degree
3 years of experience in a managerial role in fashion retail.
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office
