Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily salon operations and front desk management
Lead and supervise receptionists and salon staff
Ensure excellent client experience and service quality
Manage scheduling, workflow, and staff coordination
Monitor sales performance and service targets
Maintain a positive and professional working environment
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a branch manager, salon manager, or operations supervisor
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in beauty, hospitality, or luxury retail environments
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage a busy client-focused operation
Experience managing beauty salons or spas
Knowledge of salon booking systems Preferably based in Saudi Arabia (Transferable Iqama), but international candidates are welcome to apply.
Arabic and English communication skills Proficiency in Russian is highly preferred.
