About the Role: Wise Monkey Rum is looking for a dynamic and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent the brand across events, retail outlets, and hospitality venues throughout the UAE. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the beverage industry, with strong people skills and the ability to bring the brand to life through compelling customer experiences.
Responsibilities.
Serve as the face of Wise Monkey Rum across in-store tastings, activations, and brand events Educate consumers and staff on product features, tasting notes, and brand heritage Build relationships with retail, bar, and restaurant staff to encourage visibility and sales Manage branded setups, displays, and promotional materials Collect customer feedback and provide regular reports to the marketing team Support digital engagement through social media content creation (optional) Maintain professionalism while promoting alcohol in a culturally respectful and compliant manner
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred Skills: Fluency in English; Arabic and Hindi are a strong plus
Familiarity with the UAE’s hospitality industry
UAE Driver’s License
Requirements: Previous experience in promotions, hospitality, or customer-facing roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confident, presentable, and self-motivated Must be of legal drinking age in the UAE Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on activation schedules
