Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Brand Designer to join a growing in-house team within the crypto space. This role suits a versatile designer who can bring brand storytelling to life across digital platforms, immersive experiences, and marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging visual assets across mobile applications, websites, editorial, social media, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Interpret creative briefs and marketing strategies into impactful, user-centred design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain brand standards, guidelines, templates, and design systems to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs that enhance user experience and brand identity.
  • Oversee the production and delivery of assets, liaising with external suppliers when required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a visual designer, brand designer, art director, or in a similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred visual design across a range of platforms and formats.
  • Experience creating brand guidelines and managing visual identity within complex organisations.
  • Strong skills in typography, layout, and UI design principles for web and mobile.
  • Knowledge of digital content production, including post-production retouching and editing.
  • Awareness of social media trends, digital platforms, and motion design for web and social.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
