Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of brand and marketing plans for perfumes and skincare.
  • Assist in product launches, packaging coordination, and promotional activities.
  • Manage social media content, influencer collaborations, and campaign materials.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with retail teams for visual merchandising and brand displays.
  • Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely execution of all brand initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing or brand support, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, perfumery, or skincare.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • Passion for beauty, fragrances, and brand storytelling.
  • Preferably Arabic, European
