Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the execution of brand and marketing plans for perfumes and skincare.
- Assist in product launches, packaging coordination, and promotional activities.
- Manage social media content, influencer collaborations, and campaign materials.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with retail teams for visual merchandising and brand displays.
- Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely execution of all brand initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing or brand support, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, perfumery, or skincare.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
- Passion for beauty, fragrances, and brand storytelling.
- Preferably Arabic, European
