Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Do-

  • Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing/communications campaigns, including collaborating and actively problem solving with cross-functional peers in PR, marketing, digital to ensure timely and strong execution as well as ensuring its alignment with the business objectives and goals.

  • Review and monitor all ad-promo material to ensure the brand is effectively and accurately represented from a visual and messaging perspective, together with close collaborations with regulatory to ensure alignment to policies and procedures.

  • Direct and manage the execution of the various brand related projects and campaigns, along with ensuring clear KPIs are set for each.

  • Set and drive internal and external communication programs to create awareness and drive engagement with our brand and products, including online/offline channels.

  • Craft and create content and promotional material/templates to be used in both online and offline channels such as brochures, flyers, invitations, agendas, giveaways, e-newsletters, whitepaper, customer testimonials, videos etc.

  • Close collaboration with the different functional team members, to ensure alignment on new material being created, objectives, channels to use, target audiences, and amplification targets.

  • Ensure our brand is effectively represented on various online/digital channels, such as our websites, linked-in, partners websites etc.

  • Manage our media plan for our promotional campaigns (online and offline publications and channels)

  • Ensure clear metrics and KPIs are set in place for the various promotional/advertisement campaigns

  • Performance monitoring and analytics on all various campaigns, events, advertising and content marketing activities (customer engagement, conversion, reach, shares, likes, brand awareness etc)

  • Oversee appropriate agency relationships and program work in support of strategy.

  • Drive innovative CRM campaigns to continuously engage both new and existing consumers and HCPs

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of a bachelor s degree is required, and MBA or advanced degree is preferred in Business Management, Marketing, communications, or Digital Marketing

  • Email Marketing (Marketing automation) software
  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Data analytics tool (Excel, Tableau)
  • Good understanding of digital channels (web, social, advertising)
  • Knowledge of SEO and google analytics
  • English excellence is a must
  • 20% travel required.
  • Proven work experience of at least 8 years in digital & social marketing communication
  • Knowledge of social trends and marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with B2C advertising campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with web content management tools
  • Experience with marketing campaigns and social media
  • Project management skills, such as PMP or other certifications is preferred
  • Analytical skills: ability to consume, identify and act on data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, eager learner, good organizational skills, detailed-oriented, ability to prioritize, team-player and honour s deadlines.
