Quest Search and Selection is working with one of the leading F&B companies in the Middle East, looking for a brilliant Brand Manager to join their team in Dubai . You will play a crucial part in leading effective brand development strategies across the region.
As a Brand Manager, you will:
Lead the development and implementation of brand strategies
Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of activations and promotions
Lead product launches, innovations, and digital strategies
Foster relationships with stakeholders / management and external partners
Generate relevant reports on performance vs KPIs
Manage advertising and promotions spend / budget
Desirable skills and background:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or similar course
At least 2-3 years experience in a brand management role in hospitality or FMCG
Experience handling alcohol and beverage category highly preferred
Solid background in on-trade/retail channels, consumer segmentation, brand activation, marketing investment management
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Highly creative, with excellent organizational and analytical skills
Preferably based in Dubai and can start ASAP
