 Job Summary:

To manage luxury perfumes and cosmetic brands and team in Oman in Capital Store with full coordination with the Regional office of those brands

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare the sales forecast and budget (as per brand guidelines).
• Prepare the purchase forecast and budget (as per brand guidelines).
• Implement the advertising and promotion budget (as per brand guidelines).
• Implement and follow-up the brand marketing plan and then evaluate, and analyze the strengths and weaknesses.
• Ordering and forecasting for basic lines, launches and promotions.
• Managing and controlling stocks.
• Work with the brand regional offices on exclusive promotions for the major chains and department stores (Areej, Paris Gallery, Salam, Capital Stores etc.)
• Implement brand policy and translate its strategy for the local market.
• Improve the brand image in the local market through installing their personalized counters, follow-up on their merchandizing and locate them in suitable locations.
• Follow-up with the sales team on the achievement of the set targets in both aspects qualitative and quantitative.
• Organizing special events and activities involving beauty advisors and local consumers.
• Working in close coordination with Regional team of brands
• Continuous market visit i.e. each store must be visited once a week.
• Monitoring and reporting on the competition major activities by filling in the market news report.
• Follow-up on the team:
 Grooming.
 Counter cleanness.
 Merchandizing of the three brands.
 Timekeeping.
 Professional communication and good cooperation with the store management and the rest of the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good product knowledge, excellent communication and management skills.
• Ability to motivate and strengthen the local team.
• Able to well organize and plan (with coordination with the area manager) launches, promotions and any related local activities.
• The ability to clearly evaluate and report to the area manager.
• Ability to identify problems in the performance of the team and suggest solutions to fix them.
• To be the brand ambassador and to well transmit the philosophy and image to both the team and customers.
• Ability to sense and report any important launch, promotion or activity done by the competition.
