Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and strengthen brand equity across multiple product categories.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and creative to launch new products and support existing lines.
  • Manage brand budgets, monitor campaign performance, and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee the creation and consistency of brand messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and in-store materials.
  • Conduct regular brand health assessments and track key performance indicators to measure success and inform future strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.
  • Champion the voice of the consumer within the organization, leveraging feedback to enhance product offerings and brand experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the FMCG or confectionery sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver results within set timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
