Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Brand & Product Marketing Lead to drive growth, positioning, and category leadership of our premium and luxury paint portfolio across the GCC market – Oman, Bahrain, Qatar.
The role focuses on leveraging consumer insights, shaping differentiated propositions, and executing integrated campaigns that strengthen brand equity, scale category relevance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Insight Mining:
- Conduct structured studies of consumers, influencers, and competitors to identify product gaps and market opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable briefs for new product development and category enhancements.
- Partner with Technology and Unit Marketing teams to refine, validate, and roll out product improvements and innovations.
2. Campaign Planning & Brand Building:
- Lead annual and quarterly campaign planning across Interiors, Exteriors, and Textures product categories.
- Drive regional brand storytelling and campaign execution across GCC through ATL/BTL, in-shop visibility, and digital activations.
- Develop and deploy toolkits, content decks, and in-shop collaterals to ensure unified messaging.
3. Category Establishment & Proposition Development:
- Define differentiated propositions for premium and luxury paints and designer finishes.
- Develop go-to-market frameworks and onboarding modules for unit teams to ensure readiness across GCC.
- Strengthen brand architecture with clear role articulation across product ladders.
4. Influencer & Contractor Engagement:
- Design and implement structured engagement programs with contractors, applicators, and influencers to drive advocacy and recommendation.
- Develop loyalty programs, retail activations, and demo formats to influence purchase decisions.
- Partner with influencers to amplify brand narratives across retail and digital ecosystems.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Technology, Retailing, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure execution excellence.
- Work with central and unit marketing teams for aligned category campaigns.
- Partner with media, creative, and digital agencies to deliver impactful rollouts.
6. Capability Building:
- Conduct structured training programs for Sales and Marketing teams across GCC.
- Equip frontline teams with simplified collaterals, product demo tools, and reference kits.
- Ensure retail readiness through effective content deployment and adoption tracking.
Prerequisite Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing from a premier Tier 1B school.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in brand management or product marketing, preferably in paints, coatings, or consumer goods.
- GCC market experience strongly preferred, with understanding of contractor-driven categories and retail activations.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); Arabic proficiency is desirable.
- Valid UAE Driving License and vehicle is advantageous.
- Available for immediate commence will be given preference.
