As a seasoned Broadcast Journalist, you will serve as a strategic storyteller and media liaison, shaping the organization’s public narrative across broadcast and digital platforms. You will leverage your journalistic expertise to craft compelling content that aligns with corporate messaging, enhances brand reputation, and engages internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Content Development
  Create high-impact video and audio content for internal communications, public relations, and executive messaging
  Translate complex corporate initiatives into engaging broadcast segments
  Develop scripts, storyboards, and production plans for corporate announcements and campaigns
• Media Relations & Crisis Communication
  Act as a spokesperson during media interactions and crisis situations
  Coordinate with PR teams to manage media coverage and ensure consistent messaging
  Prepare executives for interviews and public appearances
• Internal & External Broadcasting
  Host and produce internal news bulletins, leadership interviews, and employee engagement videos
  Collaborate with marketing and HR to support employer branding and recruitment efforts
  Manage live broadcasts for corporate events, product launches, and stakeholder briefings
• Editorial Oversight & Compliance
  Ensure all broadcast content adheres to journalistic ethics, corporate policies, and regulatory standards
  Maintain editorial calendars and oversee production timelines
  Monitor audience engagement and optimize content based on analytics
