Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the seamless flow of brokerage transactions, ensuring all documentation is meticulously prepared and compliant with regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between brokers, clients, and internal departments, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues with precision.
- Manage and maintain the accuracy of the brokerage database, including inputting and updating client information, property details, and transaction statuses.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and closings, optimizing schedules for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and email campaigns, to promote properties effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of offers, counteroffers, and other transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Monitor and track transaction timelines, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays to keep deals on schedule.
- Provide administrative support to brokers, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support brokers in making informed decisions about property valuations and market trends.
- Maintain a strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Holds a valid Real Estate License or is actively pursuing one, demonstrating a commitment to the industry.
- Has experience in real estate transactions, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrates proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exhibits strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Possesses a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
