Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring Customer Service Agents (Buggy Operators) to join our team at Abu Dhabi Airport. The role requires candidates who can deliver exceptional customer service while assisting passengers with smooth and efficient buggy transport within the airport premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate passenger buggies within the airport terminal areas.
  • Assist passengers, especially those with reduced mobility, elderly travelers, and families, ensuring comfort and convenience.
  • Provide courteous, professional, and multilingual customer service (English & Arabic).
  • Guide passengers through airport facilities, directing them to check-in counters, boarding gates, lounges, and other service areas.
  • Ensure compliance with airport safety and operational protocols at all times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned buggy vehicle.
  • Work in coordination with airport ground staff, security, and supervisors for smooth operations.

Salary & Benefits:

� Salary: AED 2300/month (fixed)

Desired Candidate Profile


✅ Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken).

✅ Valid driving license from any country.

✅ Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory.

✅ Willing to work in rotational shifts at Abu Dhabi Airport.

✅ Physically fit and able to assist passengers as required.
