Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control access to the building (residents, guests, deliveries).

  • Verify identification and maintain visitor logs.

  • Patrol the premises regularly (lobby, parking areas, hallways, amenities).

  • Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.

  • Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies.

  • Report suspicious activities or security breaches to management.

  • Assist residents with inquiries and minor issues.

  • Coordinate with law enforcement, fire department, or emergency services when needed.

  • Enforce building rules and policies.

  • Complete daily activity and incident reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good in English.

  • Previous security experience preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of surveillance systems.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.

  • Clean background check.
