Job Purpose
To safely and efficiently transport company staff between accommodation and the mother station according to the approved schedule, ensuring punctuality, passenger safety, and compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the bus safely in accordance with UAE traffic laws and company policies.
• Ensure strict adherence to speed limits and defensive driving practices.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspection before and after each shift (brakes, lights, tires, fuel, etc.).
• Immediately report any accidents, breakdowns, or mechanical issues.
• Follow the approved pick-up and drop-off schedule without delays.
• Ensure timely arrival at designated locations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bus & maintain vehicle logbook (mileage, trips, fuel, maintenance records).
• Treat all employees respectfully and professionally & ensure orderly boarding and drop-off of passengers.
• Maintain discipline inside the bus and prevent unsafe behavior.
• Wear proper uniform and always maintain professional appearance.
• Should have sound knowledge of Google Maps and any other navigation applications.
