Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bus operations, ensuring smooth and efficient route execution, minimizing delays, and maximizing on-time performance.
  • Supervise bus drivers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of professionalism and driving safety.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections, identifying and reporting maintenance needs to keep the fleet in optimal working condition and prevent breakdowns.
  • Manage passenger complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management or a related field is a plus.
  • Possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement and a clean driving record.
  • Hold certifications in First Aid and CPR, demonstrating a commitment to passenger safety and emergency response.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the transportation industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
