Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Communication Plan
- Prepare internal and external communications related to the project
- Centralize and support queries from different teams within the SLA
Migration of the machines
- Coordinate with Sales to communicate the migration approach to clients and confirm implementation timelines
- Receive migration plans from vendors and assure their successful execution
- Monitor and address client complaints throughout the transition
- Update project plans based on progress and adjust when needed (stock of machines / client’s availability)
- Raise any concerns/blocks on the execution of the project
- Act as primary contact between sales teams and vendors for any machine-related specifications or requirements.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Provide regular progress reports.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.
Monitor impact of the project
- Create reports to monitor cash deposits
- Analyse and compare utilization metrics with previous data
- Continuously monitor the overall impact of the project
Training & Support:
Collaborate with the vendor to develop user manuals and training materials
Conduct training/clarification sessions for employees impacted by this migration.
Monitor post-installation support to ensure the new machines are successfully integrated into daily operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management/business analysis.
- Product Management experience in launching new products/solutions
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and Resilience to handle pressure, and ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to build, measure and analyze product performance and be able to suggest corrective measures/propose new ideas/solutions.
