Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to gather detailed business requirements and deliver actionable insights that drive project success.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to interpret complex datasets, enabling informed decisions that align with corporate strategy.
  • Develop clear and concise business requirement documents (BRDs) that serve as a roadmap for project development and implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and innovation in problem-solving.
  • Create and maintain process maps and workflow diagrams that visualize business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform gap analysis to evaluate current state versus desired state, providing strategic recommendations for enhancements.
  • Support the testing phase by defining test cases and ensuring that solutions meet specified requirements before deployment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a business analysis role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology will provide a competitive edge.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages is a plus for data manipulation and reporting.
