Assist in presales activities, performing product/service demonstration, discussing client’s needs, recommending best practices in line with CRIF experiences
Managing the functional analysis process: requirements gathering and feasibility analysis, functional design and drafting of project documentation: SRS (Software Requirements Specification) as per CRIF standard for the project, planning time and cost to enable new implementations or customizations;
Planning, defining and performing test cases, documents drafting;
Managing the project delivery and training to internal offices;
Participating in internal teams to develop new solutions or integrated solutions based on synergies and proactive relationships with other business units;
Execute the tasks assigned by the project management, timely and with the required quality;
Increasing knowledge of the information managed within the Credit Bureau area, with particular reference to regulatory requirements and business needs.
The position will be inserted into the International Credit Bureau (WWCC1) Business Unit with the aim to be responsible for the business requirement gathering and their formalization of foreign projects assigned:
Leveraging on CRIF Credit Bureau platform, and Competence centres, the Business Analyst will be involved in internal and external projects for feasibility analysis, functional design and drafting of project documentation, including the definition and execution of test cases, and corresponding documents drafting.
The Business analyst will also be involved in presales initiatives.
The position will be based in Dubai, with the possibility to travel in Middle East and Italy. A 2 to 4 weeks periodical training in Italy may be required
