Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieves and maintains a solid understanding of the business environment , including business practices, processes, architecture, integration and strategy.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Support and IT personnel in the requirements, design, and deployment of the organization s business application needs.
Defines and analyzes current business processes. Facilitates the definition and design of future state business processes.
Performs functional analysis and design, including functional alignment, scope definition and negotiation, and business process design.
Performs individual aspects of the requirements specification function, including requirements prioritization and functional and non-functional, and technical specification development.
Performs requirements validation activities, including functional validation and traceability, requirements management, integration and static testing.
A thorough understanding of development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar function.
Strong Finance, R and Sales functional and technical application knowledge with hands-on experience managing requirements from areas such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Order Mgmt, Service & Support, and Purchasing modules.
Experienced with applications (ERP/CRM/CMS/ECM).
Solid interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Experience in prioritization, problem analysis, process and project management.
Results-focused, team-oriented professional. Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Strong documentation skills.
