Roles & Responsibilities

Skills:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience in mortgage processes such as loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and disbursement.
  • Must have experience working in the banking sector.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, BRD/SRS documentation, process mapping, and user stories.
  • Experience coordinating with business and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of banking applications such as LOS/LMS is preferred.
  • Experience participating in UAT, testing support, and production readiness.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Previous experience in the Saudi banking industry is preferred.
