Business Analyst (Product Team)

As dryve is a technology company, s/he will get to work closely with all departments and the engineering team to translate customer insights, great business ideas and technological advances into great experiences that drive engagement and facilitate easier use of our carsharing platform.
S/he must have an analytical mindset that can think holistically about our customer pain points and bugs in the business model. This then translates into defining great ideas and developing new product features that take us to the next level.
His/her role:
• Identify core priorities and use data to drive decision-making and feature prioritization.
• Define a product strategy with a rationale for his/her decision, deliver a new product and features from concept to launch.
• S/he should be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
• Candidates must have a drive to collaborate, enthusiasm for learning, and capable of balancing multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
•
Make use of data analysis, customer insight, and competitor research to strategize a new product and feature.
• Understand dryve's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
• Working closely with departments to execute a set roadmap for launching a new feature that delivers a great solution for all end users.
• Inventing creative solutions that derive greater business value and consumer experience.
• Examine key-metrics that measure the success of product-driven initiatives.
