SHARE JOB Job Purpose: ● Helping related Business departments optimizing and evolving the utilization of T24’s functionalities by determining the change requirements and communicating them clearly to the technical execution\development team, at ALMASRAF’s IT department or any other 3rd party provider. ● Helps in determining and document Business Requirements and coordinates testing. ● Assists in Managing business related strategic projects. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES ● Remains up-to-date with the all core enhancements in T24, mainly for his assigned T24 modules, and continuously provides recommendations to Business Stakeholders for optimizing and maximizing the use of T24 core functionalities accordingly. ● Supports the Business stakeholders in determining the change requirements in T24 and other systems in line with Bank’s Strategy. ● Performs in depth analysis and plays a leading role to co-ordinate Business requirements with respective business owners. ● Prepares Business Requirements Documents for required changes by Business that can be easily tracked. ● Guides IT on the Business Requirements to help them configure, customize, build, or procure the changes correctly. ● Assists IT to prepare the Functional Specification Document for the required T24 changes. ● Engages with Business Stakeholders to prepare the test strategy, test scenarios, and test cases for the requested changes. ● Coordinates and orchestrate activities in UAT. ● Manages Projects related to the assigned business department. ● Addresses functional clarifications received from IT regarding respective assigned T24 modules, based on his experience and knowledge. MBA will be added advantage Professional qualification in Banking and Consultancy Advance level knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel with Financial formulas with Macros. EXPERIENCE : 7-10 years of relevant Business Analyst Experience Experience: 5-7 years in Banking (Loans & Trade Finance) Excellent Temenos T24 techno-functional knowledge, especially on key modules such as AA.
